Welcome!

My name is Nicole,

I am an OCN Level 5 Certified Sleep Practitioner and a former nursery teacher with over fifteen years of experience supporting young children and their families.

My journey into sleep work grew naturally from my deep interest in child development. I studied Psychology at university, focusing on the early years, and I have always been especially drawn to attachment theory and the powerful bond between children and their parents.

The early relationship we build with our children shapes so much of their emotional and cognitive development, and I believe it deserves to be protected and nurtured.

Over the years, both through my studies and my hands on

experience with families, I have seen how important it is for parents to feel confident, responsive, and emotionally available.

Children thrive when they feel safe and supported, and parents thrive when they feel empowered rather than overwhelmed.

At the same time, I truly believe that good sleep is not a luxury. It is a necessity.

Sleep, alongside nutrition and movement, is one of the three pillars of health. Just as we prioritise healthy food and daily activity, our children’s sleep deserves the same care and attention, in a way that respects their emotional needs and your values as a parent.

My approach

If you have ever searched for sleep advice online (and I’m sure you have!), you will know how confusing it can feel.

The advice is often polarised. Some approaches promote strict, one-size-fits-all routines with little room for your child’s temperament or your instincts as a parent. Others suggest that introducing any structure could harm your bond, leaving you stuck in long, exhausting nights with no clear way forward.

It is no surprise so many parents feel torn, longing for better sleep, yet feeling guilty for even wishing for it.

As a mother myself, I have asked the same question many parents wonder:

Can I support my child’s sleep while staying responsive, present and emotionally available?

The answer is yes.

I work in the middle ground between these extremes. I believe children thrive with both connection and gentle structure. Sleep can improve without ignoring tears, and without feeling you must choose between rest and responsiveness.

Supporting sleep doesn’t mean sacrificing your relationship.

I completed my OCN Level 5 Sleep Practitioner training in 2023 and stay up to date with current research. My role is to turn the science into calm, practical guidance that works in real family life, not just in viral IG reels or quick online fixes.

With my background in psychology, early years experience, and specialist sleep training, I help families move from exhaustion and confusion to calmer nights, while protecting emotional wellbeing and secure attachment.

Sleep doesn’t have to feel confusing or extreme.

There is a balanced, responsive way forward.
